WHERE IS S&P 500 HEADING?

Above is the monthly chart for S&P 500.

In 2011 oct it made a bottom of 1074.5 and 2014 Oct it made a bottom of 1820.6.

One can be a buyer keeping a long term stoploss of 1820.

Can we see S&P 500 becoming 3000 plus in 2 years?
