Chinese Steel now Cheaper than Cabbage..

As per Chinese ministry of commerce website, wholesale price of round white Cabbage in Shanghai was Yuan 2.1/kg, vs HRC steel price of Yuan 1.98/kg yesterday. Steel price declined 5% yesterday to Yuan 1985/ton with 17% VAT
